About me

I enjoy working with people and helping them grow personally and professionally. As a qualified coach with a Master’s degree in Education and 25 years of diverse experience working with children, young people, educators and senior leaders, I create and implement bespoke development programs for individuals and organisations.

My work with organisations like the Royal Albert Hall, the Royal Opera House, the BBC and businesses in the construction and gaming industries, and with local authorities and government bodies, I am skilled in partnership work and supporting people to develop their communication and interpersonal skills.

 I have led an award-winning research programme in listening, large workforce development projects for organisations globally, and coached leaders from a range of sectors on a 1-1 basis. I am passionate about supporting the development of emotional intelligence, listening skills and effective communication to improve interpersonal skills, relationships and teamwork. My practice is deeply rooted in my core values of respect, kindness, compassion and curiosity.
