Life Coaching

Life coaching is a process that supports people to develop, grow and move forwards in any aspect of their life progressing from A to where they want to B. Coaching is non-directive and enables people to find answers for themselves. The world we live in is moving at a fast pace, how often do you give yourself the space and permission to pause, reflect and consider where you are in life and where you want to be? I provide a space that is built upon creating a respectful thinking partnership between coach and client, that is supportive and safe, and enables people to establish their own pathway to achieve their own goals in life, professionally and/or personally.

 Coaching can take place on a 1-1 basis or in groups, for people working or collaborating together.

Packages range in length of time from intensive 1 off sessions to 4 weeks, 3 months, six months, one-year.
